The WSARC Contracts Manager supports this mission through creating, coordinating, managing, an efficient (measured by processing time), effective, and transparent contracting process. Owning that process from cradle to grave to generate, modify, and archive all WSARC & WSRI contractual legal documents including: contracts, sub-contracts, proposals, purchase orders, contract risk analysis, and contract completion close-outs. Establishes and maintains policy and procedures to minimize contractual and financial risk, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field).
Experience with 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance) or related.
10 years of Contracts Management experience; Extensive federal contract management experience could substitute for the degree.
5 years supervisory experience.
Experience with Government (FAR / DFAR) contracts, including Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Fixed priced level of effort (FPLOE), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), Incentive and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract types/vehicles is required.
Familiarity with international contracts and knowledge of EAR and ITAR is required.
Ability to hold a TS/SCI clearance.
