UES, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Contracts and Procurement Manager to join our team working from our corporate offices in Dayton, OH. This individual will provide both contracts and subcontracts support, requiring experience with cradle-to-grave contract administration for various CP, FFP, T&M, and IDIQ Government (FAR/DFAR) contracts. This includes RFP analysis, proposal development, contract negotiation, and contract/task order administration. Functions for this role will also include Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, issuing RFPs, writing price/cost analyses, and maintaining CPSR compliance. The Contracts and Procurement Manager will be responsible for overall contract compliance of assigned tasks in accordance with contract requirements, company policy and procedures, and applicable laws. This role will require the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and may supervise and mentor junior staff. The ability to multi-task, prioritize work activities, and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization will be critical. Frequent interaction (written, oral, and face-to-face) with other contracts staff, functional peers, management, and customers will be the standard.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 8 or more years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience • Extensive experience with full lifecycle contracts administration for CP, FFP, T&M and government contracts • This position will be working on government contracts and requires U.S. Citizenship
