HumRRO is seeking a Jr Contracts Administrator to assist our Contracts Office.
Responsibilities: • Assists Contracts Manager and serves as point of contact for internal customers regarding contracts process and general contractual matters. • Prepares and disseminates information as required regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. • Interprets and analyzes contract information. • May review the work of others and be able to detect errors or needed modifications. • Participates in contract reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with company contractual requirements. • Prepares form agreements for distribution. • Assists in the development and maintenance of company contract database. • Assists in the filing and storage of hard and soft copies of contractual files. • Prepares special reports and analyses as required.
Qualifications include: • Must be very detail oriented. • Understands complex contract and legal terms. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments across different geographic regions. • Ability to work closely with various departments in high pressure situations. • Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to allocate time efficiently, handle multiple demands and competing priorities. • Must have strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have: • Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in contracts administration or as a paralegal focused on contractual matters. • Experience working for a government contractor is a plus.
