On behalf of our growing client base, Winvale is conducting a search for two full-time Lead Consultants for our Richmond, VA office, our Washington D.C. headquarters, or a remote office. This role is responsible for managing and advising multiple clients in a variety of industries as they grow their public sector business! This position focuses on preparing government and General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule proposals, participating in client meetings and government negotiations, analyzing business processes and metrics, ensure contract compliance, managing client files and deliverables, and creating winning offers in accordance with company policies and contract requirements. Candidates should enjoy strategic thinking and consulting, while making a dramatic impact on the business and supporting future growth! Other projects, as needed. Reports to the Director of Client Services.

Candidates need a thorough understanding of the GSA Schedule program which includes (training provided):
GSA Schedule Contracts and Special Item Numbers offered.
Contract scope and offer requirements.
Interpret commercial sales data (policies and practices) and corporate disclosures.
Interpret financial statements and corporate representations and certifications.
Develop effective negotiation strategies that leverage client strengths.
Able to communicate effectively with GSA on behalf of client.
Respond to clarifications, conduct negotiations, prepare Final Proposal Revision.
Prepare different types of modifications, familiar with process and requirements.
Strong understanding of FAR, GSAR, and Government procurement regulations.
GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, FBO, SSQ, and VSC web sites
Key Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a leading accredited university.
Minimum 3 years of relevant GSA Schedule consulting experience.
Excellent effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Effective in managing a small team of Consultants.
Highly skilled with MS Office, especially Excel.
Represent company in a professional manner to all clients and government officials
