You have 5+ years of contract administration experience
You have an understanding and working knowledge ofFAR, DFAR and related regulations
You have expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
You have assisted with contract compliance and supported resolution of contract issues.
You have experience organizing and maintaining contractual records and internal databases in accordance with established procedures.
You have experience supporting lifecycle contract administration from pre-solicitation through close-out.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

You have previous experience aiding in proposal development to respond to RFP/RFQs.
What your day will look like:
You'll be responsible for contract administration for Federal Agency and Commercial contracts.
You'll work with various contract types, including but not limited to: IDIQ, BPA, T&M, CPFF and FFP.
You'll serves as a point of contact with government officials for contract related correspondence.
You'll provide input and advice in regard to contractual rights and obligations, as well as clarification of contract terms and conditions.
You'll be responsible for maintaining contractual documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
You'll review and coordinate the submission of contract deliverables per contractual requirements.
The Admin Stuff: Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship is required
