WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Contract Administrator for our Baltimore office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate Prime Contract and associated documents through Legal & Compliance review and execution process
Facilitate requests for completion of Reps & Certs, Insurance Certificates, Teaming Agreement, JV Agreements, etc.
Prepare/draft subcontract agreements, amendments and all other related legal documents
Facilitate all subcontract document with Legal for review & comments
Insure Legal comments are addressed and incorporated
Facilitate execution of Prime and Subcontract documents
Prepare and facilitate Subcontract closeouts
Assist with proposals

3-5 years of experience in the formation and administration of contracts under federal
Prior experience on large, multiple contract programs
Experience with large volume
Familiarity with Engineering, Design, Construction, and program management contracts
Strong spreadsheet skills including linking cells, tabs and files; ability to create and apply a wide variety of Excel formulas to produce reports; perform analysis and presentation materials including expenditure, totals, percentages, margin, budget versus actuals and other reports as required
Knowledge of contract management basics, to deliver large, complex public sector Engineering, Design and Construction projects
Knowledge of principles, practices and trends in subcontract management, including; change management
Understanding and ability to analyze and interpret complex prime contracts, compensation methods and tables, scope of work
Ability to draft subcontracts and related legal documents without supervision
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and federal contracting requirements
Ability to direct and interact with subcontract regarding questions, comments or redlines
Ability to use computer-based project controls software
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage significant volume of data and records.
Strategic thinker; able to plan, prioritize and multi-task a must
