The Contracts Associate is responsible for day-to day administration and transaction management of over $40M of the Firm’s Prime and Subcontracts. This position is responsible for performing reviews of all the Firm’s contractual obligations and recommending to the Contracts Manager appropriate courses of action. The position is also responsible for all contractual and finance related entry into the Firm’s Accounting System, ensuring efficient and effective time- and record- keeping, as well as monthly billing. The individual in this position will work in partnership with the Firm’s Contracts Manager to achieve timely execution of Federal and Commercial contract and subcontract activities.
Review Firm’s Contracts, Subcontracts, and various agreements, and provide recommendations and courses of action to Contracts Manager.
Responsible for set up and maintenance of contracts and subcontracts in the Firm’s accounting system
Perform all transactional activities with regards to Firm’s Prime and Subcontracts
Assist in developing Subcontractor Requests for Proposal, Task Orders, Purchase Orders in support of Delivery executives.
Support the Firm’s Business Development activities including reviewing solicitations, executing NDAs and Teaming Agreements.
Operate in accordance with the Firm’s policies and procedures.

Working knowledge of Deltek CostPoint software preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
0-2 years of experience in a data entry role, specifically relying on attention to detail
