The Supply Chain Advisor will manage moderately to highly complex projects. These projects are part of our strategy to onboard suppliers and implement enhancements into our SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, and other e-Commerce platforms. You work with Operating Units, Supply Management, Information Technology, and third-party vendors. You will be a key member of the team to develop strategies, identify operational requirements, design new processes, communicate with suppliers, and handle ongoing transactions and relationships. You will also work with your team and the IT department to identify and problem-solve system issues and convey results and solutions to internal clients and end users.
Participate in, and lead, projects with internal and external partners to implement operational procurement strategies within systems such as Ariba and Fieldglass.
Perform ongoing reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting of operational eProcurement systems to ensure continuity of service.
Provide ongoing training and support.
Evaluate and implement improvements to eProcurement system in alignment with strategic and operational requirements.
Partner with Supply Management, Operating Units, and other internal customers to develop eProcurement strategies as part of the category strategy process.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Seven years of experience in supply chain, projects, or consulting engagements for eProcurement implementations or support.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business administration, economics, supply chain, IT, or related field.
SAP Ariba/Fieldglass/ERP consulting experience.
