Supports Direct Commercial Sales and Foreign Military Sales activities in multiple geographic regions
Develops, negotiates, and administers contracts while monitoring compliance with government acquisition and export control regulations.
Interacts directly with customers and senior management personnel both domestically and abroad.
Drives major efforts such as proposals from a contracts perspective, coordinating with all involved functions.
Contributes to the preparation and analysis of the business and financial structures of proposals, contracts, agreements and business unit operational initiatives.
Participates in new business pursuit strategies, and presents a complete business position in bid and no bid recommendations.
Participates in the business analysis and review of proposed business terms, costs, risks and opportunities during cost and price reviews.
Contributes in proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation requirements.
Drafts, negotiates, and reviews agreements such as Teaming, Non-Disclosure, Licensing, Escrow, and other legal documents.
Reviews regulatory & policy changes for impact and makes recommendations to ensure continued compliance with all applicable procurement regulations and policies.
Coordinates and provides commercial support to international subsidiaries in global pursuits that impact business segment operations.
Serves as the primary facilitator of commercial negotiations, both domestically and abroad
Identifies and helps execute opportunities to improve programmatic financial positions during contract administration.
Minimum BA/BS required.
Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in negotiating, drafting and administering complex government and/or commercial contracts.
Must have knowledge of procurement regulations (FAR, DFARS), export control regulations (ITAR, EAR), and international commercial principles such as INCOTERMS.
Demonstrated capability negotiating contractual matters in government and/or commercial setting; international setting preferred.

Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to work well in a team environment
Should possess the ability to develop solutions to complex problems, relying on business and contracting knowledge
Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and computer skills
Must be comfortable with international travel and direct support of in-country pursuits for extended periods of time
Fluency in one or more non-English languages a plus
