Customer Value Partners, Inc. (CVP) is looking for a candidate to serve as a Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager for CVP’s growing Corporate Contracts Team. The Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager will use her or his experience to administer CVP contracts and subcontracts with minimal supervision and serve as the liaison between Suppliers and CVP employees. Lead life cycle, compliance, and performance for those contracts assigned, as well as pre-award agreements.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Experience managing prime contracts
Negotiation skills are a must.
Prepare, submit and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Contracts, and Subcontract Agreements, Subcontract Task Order, Consulting Agreements, and Modifications.
Demonstrate strong negotiation with extensive experience in negotiating complex terms and conditions in agreements, such as NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts and modifications.
Be an out of the box, strategic, business-minded thinker.
Prepare, negotiate, and issue contracts and subcontract documents of all kinds and amendments, including identification and inclusion of flow down requirements from the prime contract commensurate with delegated procurement authority.
Establish and maintain accurate tracking records tailored to each subcontract.
Work closely with Accounting/Finance as needed to maintain subcontractor funding and other reporting and/or data calls.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of FAR and DFAR clauses.
Demonstrate experience working with Microsoft Suite Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), Adobe, and Government reporting sites.
5-10 years of experience as a Contracts and/or Subcontracts Administrator.
Ability to identify priorities and shift assignments accordingly.
A team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred
