Job Description As a member of the CEXEC professional staff, the Acquisitions Analyst acts as a team member for the contractor procurement support team and provides professional services in the areas of acquisition management and contract administration. Provides assistance and coordinates contract support for life-cycle acquisition activities to include (but not limited to) working with clients to develop, advise and assist with acquisition strategy, drafting of acquisition documentation and schedules, and supporting contracting activities. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to change within a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities The Acquisition Analyst position requires experience in F&E funded Capital Asset programs specifically familiarity with the FAA’s AMS lifecycle processes. Position requires developing and documenting acquisition strategies based on AMS procurement policy and guidance. The ability to compile Screening Information Request (SIR) packages using AMS policy and guidance. Position requires the ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the development of SIR packages.
- 8+ years of Acquisition Experience (10 years of Acquisition Life Cycle Management)
- Experience with Federal Aviation Administration acquisition procedures
