In this role you will direct and oversee the district-wide functions for contracts, purchasing, warehousing and distribution, printing and graphics, and mail room under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.

The minimum qualifications for the position:
Education - Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or a related field.
Experience - Five years of progressively responsible experience in purchasing in a large governmental organization, including contract administration.
Certifications - Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO) required.
