Possess a strong ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle complex issues

Demonstrates strong knowledge of applicable federal regulations (FAR/DFARS) and contracting experience with all contract types
Has experience reviewing and analyzing contractual documents for accuracy, performance risk, and conformance with contract terms, conditions, and other provisions
Demonstrates strong analytical/critical thinking skills and possesses a strong attention to detail and research skills
Displays the ability to prioritize/re-prioritize with changing goals
Has superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with senior level managers and teammates during periods of high stress and tight deadlines.
Exhibits strong negotiation skills in executing NDA, TA, and Subcontract Agreements.
5+ years of contract administration experience
Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR and related regulations
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
Experience assisting with contract compliance and supporting resolution of contract issues.
Experience organizing and maintaining contractual records and internal databases in accordance with established procedures.
Experience supporting life-cycle contract administration from pre-solicitation through close-out.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or additional 4 years of relevant work experience)
Experience reviewing complex solicitations and preparing specialized and/or non-routine response for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
Ability to analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure.
Ability to provide contractual guidance to business team members for appropriate Statement of Work.
Ability to develop negotiation strategy on complex contractual issues.
What your day could look like:
Review contractual documents for accuracy, performance risk, and conformance with contract terms, conditions, and other provisions including applicable federal regulations and business team objectives prior to signature / acceptance
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding contract issues, audits, and compliance requirements
Manage contract change process and works with Program Management, Finance and other disciplines to mitigate performance risk
Advise and supports business team on issues / developments relative to assigned contracts
Review Requests for Proposals and participates in preparing compliant proposal responses
Monitor program performance for scope changes and takes appropriate action
Build customer relationships and knows customer needs and issues
Assure compliance with applicable federal regulations and internal policies and procedures
