The Port of Oakland is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Contract Compliance Supervisor. The incumbent administers, implements, and monitors the Port’s non-discrimination and Small Business Utilization Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program including the Professional Services Contract Program (PSCP), and prevailing wage requirements under Federal, State and local laws for public works projects and tenant assistance; and trains and supervises assigned staff.
The minimum requirements include possession of a Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, personnel or related field and four years of responsible experience in contract compliance, manpower planning, personnel or a related field including one year of lead or supervisory experience.
