Administration of multiple contracts and subcontracts from formation through closeout
Preparing price proposal and cost volumes
Review and negotiation of terms and conditions for new business proposals
Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements
Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
Customers include DoD, MDA, NASA and intelligence communities.
At least 2 years of federal contract administration experience
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR/etc.).
Experience managing fixed price, T&M, and cost plus contracts.
Highly organized, with attention to details and time management
Understand Organization Conflict of Interest (OCI) and Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) issues
Familiar with FAR and DFARS provisions and GSA Schedules
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication
Works well in team environment and independently
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret Clearance prefered. Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance
