ASRC Federal is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator, Senior in support of our IS&T Operating Group at our office location in Reston, VA. Due to COVID-19- this position is 100% remote
Reporting to the Division Contract Lead, contract administration activities in support of an operating Division focused on ASRC Federal's Civilian Agency portfolio.
Responsibilities include compliance with contracts policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and functional performance standards to facilitate effective implementation within program objectives and requirements.
Advise on all matters of a prime contractual nature for corporate and operational staff for assigned contracts.
In coordination with the Division Contract Lead, Negotiate favorable agreements to include NDAs, TAs, contracts and subcontracts, analyze and resolve OCI issues, participate in the preparation, and submittal of proposals.
Represent the company in matters of contract, pricing, or performance reviews as may be conducted by agencies of the federal government.
Coordinate closely with the Subcontracts Administrator for assigned programs to ensure subcontracting activities are carried out in a manner consistent with prime contract requirements and operational objectives.
Ability to foster collaborative working relationship with a wide range of stakeholders to include Operations, Program Control, Pricing, BD/Capture, Procurement, HR, Contracting Officers and CORs is critical.
BS/BA with 5 or more years of related experience, or equivalent.
Experience with multiple forms of government solicitations (RFP, RFQ, or other forms) and forms of government contracts (Cost Type, FFP, T&M, ID/IQ contracts, GWACS, or GSA schedule contracts), including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations and certifications, and subcontracting issues.
Functional knowledge of FAR and DFARS, and supporting preparation of Cost and Business Management proposals.
Familiarity with OCI issues and mitigation/avoidance strategies
Ability to summarize/synopsize contract requirements during contract performance to facilitate compliance by program team and all internal departments.
Experience with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), etc.
Experience coordinating and working with Procurement personnel regarding subcontracting to achieve proposal and program success
Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis in Word and Excel
Knowledge of Small Business and 8(a) practices and policies preferred.
Experience with Deltek Cost Point preferred.
Experience working with USDA, EPA, Department of State, and related Civilian Agency clients is a plus
US Citizenship and ability to pass a government sponsored background investigation, if needed.
