KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Federal Contracts to join our Advisory Services organization.
Oversee and administer GSA Schedules compliance, including the Price Reduction Clause, reporting requirements, along with managing stand-alone contracts
Ensure contract and compliance documents are maintained accurately in accordance with contract requirements
Represent the firm in dealings with external customers and interfaces with all levels of the KPMG's delivery teams, functional support organizations and customer organizations
Accountable for accuracy and completeness of contract data repository systems
Provide hands-on supervision of junior contract professionals
Participate in account planning and go-to-market activities
Minimum of seven years of experience working as a federal contracts professional and have working knowledge of GSA Schedules compliance, and FAR and DFAR regulations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business or finance
Proven record of negotiations experience
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to deal effectively with clients, executive management, and staff regarding contracts-related issues with a high degree of complexity; ability to work issues through resolution
