The Contracts Department provides a comprehensive contracts management solution for all RightSourcing clientele. All members of the Contracts team must maintain best-in-class contract standards and provide the highest quality customer service for our clients.
DAY IN THE LIFE
This position requires full ownership of the contract lifecycle including, but not limited to negotiating and administering contracts between RightSourcing and staffing agencies (or independent contractors) on behalf of RightSourcing’s clients and collection of compliant documentation with limited supervision. The Contracts Analyst will maintain the department and company’s operational performance standards, quality work product in an efficient manner, and departmental initiatives. This role requires analytical and operational support to all business partners within the RightSourcing team and helping RightSourcing business thrive
Draft and update client-specific supplier and independent contractor agreement templates
Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and independent contractors, ensuring compliance with RightSourcing’s established policies, procedures, and tolerances
Independently draft amendments to the supplier, independent contractor, and employee/billable worker agreements
Responsible for other department functions including background and drug testing vendor setup and other corporate contracts
Review client policies and procedures
Lead new client implementations for complex or international clients and work collaboratively with Implementations
This role benefits from the support of an experienced Sr. Contract Manager who will work closely with you in providing guidance and feedback as you develop and progress in your role. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study or paralegal certification
5+ years of contract administration experience
Creative problem solver with strong business acumen
Extensive experience with contract review & negotiations
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders internally & externally
