Contracts Administrator, #289

Our Business Operations division is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team! The Contracts Administrator is responsible for full life cycle contract management (cradle-to-grave). Administers prime contracts/sub-to-prime contracts, including preparation and negotiation of proposals, contract administration, and contract close-out activities. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the company's primary point of contact with the contracting officials and/or Prime Contractor's Subcontracts Administrator for all assigned contracts.
• Review solicitation requests to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Assist with proposal pricing and narratives.
• Negotiate contract terms from proposal stage to contract close-out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.
• Create moderate to complex RFP solicitations in accordance with Government requirements.
• Evaluate supplier proposal responses.
• Conduct price and cost analysis.
• Prepare Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliant files.
• Negotiate pricing and terms/conditions with subcontractors.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity.
• Ensure Annual Representation and Certifications are completed.
• Backup support for processing Purchase Orders through the Unanet System.
• Tracking of Small Business Goals when required.
• Analyze risks and identify risk mitigation.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Clearance: Ability to complete and clear a background check prior to start date. Must be clearable/ability to obtain clearance if needed.
