Contracts Manager

Job Summary: Requires mid-level experience in managing contractual programs from cradle to grave in support of Government (local, state, and federal) and non-Government contracts and subcontracts. Experience at this level also required in negotiating Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consulting Agreements, and other contractual agreements. Contract Manager to provide analysis of contract profitability, manage closeout of contracts, and provide regulatory compliance overviews. Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS and related agency implementing regulations is required. Experience with Joint Ventures and SCA contracts is preferred. Hands-on experience with all contract types including, but not limited to, Cost-Reimbursement, Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Labor Hour contracts/subcontracts. Education / Experience:
Computer Skills: Intermediate Level: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point software, use the Internet, and use database software at intermediate level of proficiency to create and maintain more complex documents and data entries. May also work with databases to enter data for reporting through standard or ad hoc reports such as Deltek or other operations software applications. Must be able to audit, maintain, and create reports through intuitive report writing tools.
