OBXtek is recruiting for a Contracts Administration Analyst at Patrick AFB in Florida. The position requires knowledge of Federal contracting principles, laws, and statutes applicable to pre-award and post award actions, contract negotiation, administration, policies and procedure, price and cost analysis sufficient to review cost proposals, confer with technical evaluators and determine a negotiation position.

 

**DURING COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS, TELECOMMUTING IS ALLOWED. WHEN THE RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED, EMPLOYEES ARE EXPECTED TO WORK ON THE BASE.

 

The Contracts Analyst performs the following functions:

  • Review requirements from Program office
  • Develop RFPs
  • Work Pricing Memos
  • Attend negotiations
  • Maintain Files (KT Fileshare)
  • Develop Task Orders/Modifications (CON-IT)
  • Post award Admin (WAWF Invoicing)
  • Attend Meetings (Government and Contractor)
  • Travel for Meetings
  • Review and calculate Wage determinations
  • Review and calculate Indirect rate adjustments

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a government 1102 coded position (or military equivalent) position
  • DAWIA II Contracting, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or FAC-C Level III Certification required.
  • Prior experience working on/with Federal Government or Military Contracting
  • Secret Security Clearance
